The rooms on the ground floor are directly dipped in the wide green of the hotel park and, if from on the one hand they have only a partial view of the lake, on the other they enjoy a private terrace and garden fine furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers to wholly take pleasure in the colours that only a lake sky can offer.

A high worthy wooden vault and a fitted carpet instead of a parquet floor distinguish the rooms on the last floor from the ones on the intermediate floor. From both of them the glass window onto the balcony leaves warm sun rays come through.

The 9 rooms with Lateral Lake View (3 on each floor)do have the same style and do offer the same warm hospitality; the only difference lays in being located in the building side facing the historical Villa Pergolana, thus modifying their lake view.
