Residence La Corte Danese - Torri del Benaco - Lake Garda

La Corte Danese®, a 'man-sized' project, thought and realized following the local building characteristics of the antique country farm houses, like the wise use of the visible rock, the wooden covering beams, the ceramics and the floors' panels. In this little borough on the hillside of the lake, which enjoys an incomparable view, we find a series of apartments with terraces of different size and typologies to satisfy the most diverse likings. The residence lies mainly on three levels, and two upper ones. On the inferior level, with the direct entrance to the street, is the way to the garage and cars' parkings. All the apartments overlook the lake, with wide terraces or directly open to the lawns. Particular attention has been given to common spaces, to the swimming pool area with different depth and to the property's park.
