Brenzone is a conglomeration of 16 small villages, all of which form Brenzone at the bottom of Monte Baldo. These little lakeside villages, with their lovely harbours are well known for their fish specialities. Especially the sardines, which are prepared in different ways: salted, fresh or dried. The largest of the villages is Castelletto, with a nice old centre and a lakeside walkway. Google Map
All of the 16 villages make starting points for hikes on the Monte Baldo and thus are equally popular with nature-lovers, cyclists and hikers. In front of Brenzone there is the small island of Trimelone.
